  • $2000 for keynote - approach Faculty Association.
  • Carrie looking into meal cost (approx $10 per for 125 people = $1250 cost share with Faculty Association)
  • Carrie looking into coffee and muffin cost. $650 included top ups at 10:45/11:45 at $150 each top-up. Plus an estimate cost of fruit .75 each
  • $500 ancilliary costs (printing, etc)
